Now you can see it with the latest version of SHACL Play :
the documentation generated from your data specification features one entity diagram for each node shape. As it suports color annotation you can immediadly see what is what in the modal. The diagram is clickable so you can navigate inside your spec. The generation of a single diagram for the full model is still possible, however for large models this is not readable.
SHACL Play is the tool used on the European Parliament Open Data Portal to publish the EP ODP data models documentation.
